I live in Levy County with my amazing wife, Stacey, eighteen miles from Florida’s Nature Coast. We are both Native Floridians. Stacey and I are the proud parents of five boys, ages 21 to 31.
As an undergraduate student at Princeton University, I learned how to collaborate on, research and create efficient solutions to problems – no matter how big. I sharpened my analytical skills at UVA Law School. During my three decades as an attorney, I learned the importance of listening and the value of compassion.
When I taught law students at Florida A&M University, I was reaffirmed in my belief that regardless of our beliefs or backgrounds, we can work past our differences to reach common goals. As a professional mediator, I understand that nearly any dispute can be guided to a satisfactory resolution if the participants are reasonable. I will take these skills to Tallahassee to fight for our shared values.
